Terms & Conditions – The HC Store

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, a confirmation message or call may be made. The order will be processed only after confirmation.

Customized Products: Advance payment is required for customized products (name, photo, date, etc.). Once the order is processed, customized items cannot be canceled or changed.

Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, but it may be slightly delayed depending on the city and courier service.

Return & Exchange: Return or exchange is only possible in case of a damaged or wrong product. You must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.
