Return & Refund Policy – The HC Store

Return Policy: Returns are only accepted in case of a damaged or wrong product. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to initiate a return.

Refund Policy: If the return is approved, your payment will be refunded. The refund process is usually completed within 3–5 working days, depending on the payment method.

Customized Products: Returns or refunds are not available for customized products (name, photo, date, etc.) as they are special orders.
